A Moscow Exchange Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGM) on 2 September 2016 approved a corporate restructuring whereby 100%-owned subsidiaries CJSC MICEX Stock Exchange and MB Technologies LLC will be consolidated into Moscow Exchange.
