Washington, DC â The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (Commission) today voted unanimously to propose rules and interpretations addressing the application of certain swap provisions of the Commodity Exchange Act (CEA) and Commission regulations to cross-border transactions (Proposed Rule).
