Federal Court Orders Florida-Based Worth Group Inc. and Its Principals, Andrew Wilshire and Eugenia Mildner, to Pay $2.5 Million in Sanctions for Illegal Off-Exchange Precious Metals Scheme

The U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) announced that the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida entered a Consent Order of Permanent Injunction against Defendants Worth Group Inc. of Jupiter, Florida, and its owner and operator, Andrew Wilshire of Jupiter, Florida, and Wilshire’s sister, Eugenia Mildner also of Jupiter, Florida.
